Shooting Feature Films, television, commercials, and music videos, Daniel is a graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film School and of the prestigious Budapest Cinematography Master Class. Starting his career in painting and plastic arts, Daniel realized that his true love was actually cinematography after he saw Tarkovsky films for the first time. While he continues to draw inspiration from classical arts, Daniel’s work is characterized by a rich and stylish cinematic expression that is full of emotion and strives to add new angles and further depth to the scripts and stories he shoots. Daniel’s films have been shown at prestigious festivals around the world, including Cannes, San Sebastian and Berlin, the Ophir Awards in Israel and the Oscars. He has won many international nominations and awards, including a nomination for the Cannes Golden Camera and several prestigious awards. Daniel also shoots commercials and music videos and has been working with large brands and organizations such as Volvo, Israel’s Government Advertisement Agency, Wix, Tel Aviv University, National Geographic as well as with leading artists including Achinoam Nini, Yishai Levi, the Balkan Beat Box and more. He also films documentaries, feature films and TV series in Israel, Europe, and Africa. With his rich and varied experience, Daniel always remains curious to discover the next project and its creative challenges – which is to create a new, unique and spectacular visual world.
