Doron Farhi is a pilot, commercial and television series photographer, and a licensed drone operator certified by the Civil Aviation Authority. In his 20s, he began working in the film and television industry as a focus puller and assistant cinematographer. Over the course of ten years, he gained experience in all types of productions, from feature films to reality shows. During this time, he studied cinematography closely and acquired the technical, managerial, and artistic skills that allow him to express himself as a professional photographer.
Creativity, teamwork, and the dynamic nature of the profession are central to Doron’s approach. He approaches every project with a broad and creative perspective that goes beyond the boundaries of photography, understanding the specific needs of each production. He draws inspiration from diverse artistic sources such as painting, sculpture, fashion, cinema, and music, using them to create new visual realities for every project in close collaboration with the director’s vision.
Doron is also a musician performing across Europe, playing electric guitar and bass, and composing songs for his band, Men of North Country.
