Neil Sofer is a director, screenwriter, and actor, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Film and a Master’s degree in Screenwriting with honors from the University of North Carolina – School of the Arts. Holding a scholarship from the Foreign Press Association in Hollywood. Growing up with a film of producers, Neil was exposed to the world of cinema and advertising from a young age, and over the years he has gained extensive experience in production and developed a deep understanding of the importance of balancing the needs of the client, the advertising agency, the production, and the creative concept. This experience continues to guide him in all the content he creates – whether in commercials or feature films.

During his studies in the U.S., Neil developed his skills as a screenwriter and director, writing and directing short films that were showcased at prestigious festivals worldwide. Simultaneously, he served as the head of the marketing video department at the university, where he produced and directed dozens of promotional videos that garnered millions of views and won international awards such as the W3 and Telly Awards. The knowledge and practice he received from top industry professionals in the U.S. provided him with a high standard of professionalism that permeates all his work. After completing his studies, Neil turned to scriptwriting and development for major production companies in Israel. These days among all his other projects, he is directing commercials for many brands and Ad agencies.
