Oded Ashkenazi is an award-winning film and television cinematographer, and a graduate of the Steve Tisch School of Film at Tel Aviv University. His work is characterized by a striking visual language that tells a story in every frame. Oded won the Jerusalem Film Festival Award for Best Cinematography twice, for the films “The Road to Eilat” and “The Dive.”
He also won the Best Cinematography Award at Docaviv 2025 for the film “Necropolis,” and was nominated for the Ophir Award for Best Cinematography. His films have been screened at major festivals worldwide, including Cannes, Venice, Locarno, Toronto, and the prestigious Camerimage Film Festival.
Recently, the series “Little Shit,” shot by Oded, premiered and received critical acclaim. Alongside his cinematic work, he films campaigns and commercials for leading brands such as Samsung, Playtika, YOU, Bank Mizrahi, Yotvata, and more.
