Omer is a director of photography working in feature films, documentaries, television, music videos, and commercials. He’s a graduate of the film track at the “Manifesto for Art” with a specialization in photography. Before he completed his studies, Omer was already shooting various projects and shorts, combining his influences from painting, literature, poetry, and still photography in all of his work.
Omer believes that each project has its own unique visual language, weaving together light, color, and composition in a way that enhances a story’s specific emotional impact. Omer dedicates himself to accompanying every project from script to stage, working in close cooperation with the directors and department heads to create a distinctive color palette and style that will elevate each film, series, or video to its creative peak.
Omer has extensive experience in a variety of genres and styles, many of which have participated and won prizes at prestigious festivals, including Cannes, Palm Springs, New Hamptons, Riga Festival, Jerusalem Film Festival, London, Vancouver, and more. He has also lensed various documentary projects for Kan 11, Fox News, and others.
In addition to his narrative work, Omer’s photographed music videos for leading artists such as Tipex, Lola Marsh, Nasrin Kadri, Michal Amdursky, and many more. His commercial clients include Google, Renoir, Tnuva, Vysotsky, Suzuki, and MTV.
