Daniella Meroz (1990), graduated with honors from The Bezalel Academy, Screen based Arts Department, Animation Major (2016). Graduated MFA from Bezalel Academy (2019). Her film “My Memorial Day” won the 10/10 prize for best graduation film. Screened in Film-Festivals and exhibitions in Israel and internationally (The international Films Festival Haifa, Leiden international Film Festival, European Media Art Festival Germany and more) and Won the judges commendation in Tel Aviv students Films international Festival and Etiuda & Anima Film Festival Krakow. From 2016 started working as a Director and Editor and created several short films and music-videos, Directed ‘Eyes’ (2017) with Eden Kalif for the band ‘Tatran’ and ‘Off the radar’ (2017) for Noga-Erez. Directed and edited the music-video ‘Back of my head’ (2018) for band Acollective band. Created the Official opening clip for Tel Aviv international students Films Festival (2018). Participated in the ‘PechaKucha 20’ event in Tel Aviv Charles Bronfman Auditorium (2018). Her last short-film ‘Victory of the rising sun’ participated in the final exhibition of the Bezalel-MFA Program, Haifa Museum performance event and screened in Israeli contemporary art group exhibition in House of Arts,Brno,Czechia curatoring Sally Heftel.
