Tamar Goren:

Tamar is a director and screenwriter who studied film at Minshar For Art where she graduated with honors. While in school she also wrote and directed several short films, including “Simona & Eden” and “Homeward Bound,” both of which screened at festivals all over the world. Tamar’s first documentary feature, “Homeboys,” premiered at the 2022 Jerusalem Film Festival and was awarded Best Film at the 2023 Epic Film Festival. With development support from the Israeli Film Fund, her first feature film, “Nine Souls,” is now in production. In addition to her narrative work, Tamar continues to express her visual talents through music videos and commercials. She is currently developing her first narrative series while working as a screenwriter on “Spin,” a series created by Michal Cooper Keren.
