A graduate of the Film School at Sapir College, Or has established himself as a leading cinematographer across multiple disciplines, including narrative features, television, music videos, and commercials.
He just recently, 2024, won best Cinematography at the prestige Docaviv film festival for his latest film ‘Thai-Land’.
Or’s talent in creating a unique and emotional cinematic language for each specific project is evident in all of his work, whether it be long-form narrative or short advertisement. With careful attention to lighting and composition, Or’s cinematography becomes an integral part of constructing and defining each story and its characters, just as one would expect from action or dialogue.

His many feature films and documentaries have participated in prestigious festivals in Israel and around the world, including the Los Angeles Film Festival, Docaviv, the Denmark Film Festival, Paris Film Festival, the Haifa Festival, and more.

Or’s series credits include “The Heiress”, “Tonight with Guri Alfi”, “The Winner”, “Michael 2”, “Come Eat With Me” and the satirical “A Wonderful Country”.

All throughout his career, Or has photographed music videos for various popular artists such as Assaf Amdursky, Yirmi Kaplan, Shye Ben Tzur, as well as the viral clip for “I Did”, by Jimboy J. His commercial clients include many renowned brands such as Reebok, Adidas, Adika, XL, IKEA, Maitai Li, Strauss, Keshet broadcasting and more.
